Team building is a crucial part of my management philosophy. In my search for a fun game that my multicultural and multilingual team could enjoy, I found that Bingo is universally appealing. Few games can bridge cultural and linguistic divides like Bingo. The challenge was figuring out how to make the game engaging and enjoyable for everyone.

Aiming to make Bingo fun and easy, I started by building a small proof of concept in React. This version included features like automatic calls and misclick error handling.

On testing the 1st version with team members and friends i learn't the following:

• Automatic calls were great and the time needed to be shorter.
• Playing bingo with numbers is just ok.
• Players liked having many cards.
• Players wanted to keep playing over and over.
• Players rather use their phones over computers.

Learning from my initial user testing, I set out to create an improved version. This time, I made it mobile friendly, included emojis, added winner celebrations, and provided an easy way to restart a completed game.
