Powered by GoDaddy's 30 years of proprietary data, Airo infers goals, plans next steps, and delegates to specialized AI agents. It remembers preferences, tracks progress, and ships new capabilities weekly.
My Role
As the single-threaded leader for Airo, I owned the end-to-end user experience across the product — from early concept exploration to production. This meant leading a cross-functional team spanning engineering, product, and design.
Key responsibilities
Defined the UX vision and interaction model for Airo's conversational AI experience
Designed novel interaction patterns including artifact cards — rich, interactive UI components surfaced within the AI chat
Presented interaction concepts and product strategy to GoDaddy's C-suite
Led the modular agent architecture from a UX perspective, enabling rapid development of new agents
Currently leading MCP (Model Context Protocol) architecture for speed and consistency across the platform
