Hotels want to be sold out every day, all year round. They want to stay ahead of their competition and change their rates every few hours. A hotel owner is constantly monitoring their hotels performance data and making competitive room rate decisions.
Property analytics is a page where a hotel owner can analyze their hotel's perfomance data (Net Revenue, Occupancy, Property Page Visits ...) in comparison with their competitors.
The crux of the interaction model is focused around navigating in and out of metric details; this way a hotel owner could get a holistic view and can investigate any problem areas they see by diving into details for a particular metric. The metrics were also logically categorized & organized to inform the user about their visibility on search results, conversion margins and guest value.
